NFL upholds suspensions on Saints Payton, Loomis and Vitt
As expected, the NFL upheld the bounty program suspensions of Saints head coach Sean Payton, general manager Mickey Loomis and assistant coach Joe Vitt.
Payton's one season suspension begins April 16. Loomis (eight games) and Vitt (six games) will begin their suspensions once the preseason ends.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said he'll review all suspensions once they end and could take a look at the taking away of the Saints 2013 second round draft pick.
