Colts release Peyton Manning
The Colts did the expected Wednesday when they officially released QB Peyton Manning after 14 years with the team. Manning is now free to talk to any team around the league as he says that he will continue to play.
Indianapolis would've owed Manning $28 million if he was still on the roster on Thursday. The Colts have the number one pick in the upcoming NFL Draft and they are expected to take Stanford QB Andrew Luck.
